Would it be possible to make it so that a Watcher could be a "Limited-Watcher" meaning that they can choose what emails they receive, mainly like just when new tickets are open. They would not need to be notified for any task logs or location changes.
We are looking at integrating a better Deals Files section that will augment the current uploads section. This will allow you end users to create and manage files and folders. We will also work on PDF, DOC inline previews.

In agreement sales, there may be a few different items that add to the total monthly recurring value of a deal that then has a total term applied.
Would it be possible to have a button to apply the breakout worth to the Monthly recurring value as well as the add breakout worth to deal worth?
Our team is proud to annouce we have approved this request and is now tagged completed by our team and feature is designed as follows.
You can now set the deal MRR value and from the breakdown cost and it will default to 12 month term and recalculate the total deal worth automatically.

In some instances a pipeline may be created to track progress however, they're not counted towards the overall Sales Goals for sales team members. Being able to exclude pipelines as a whole from the Deals Dashboard would be helpful for accurate goal tracking.
When a pipeline is tagged as Excluded from Tallies; We will no count any deal within that pipeline to any tallies on both the Deals dashboard and the Pipelines dashboard. We also mark the Pipeline background as MINTCREAM and state in the upper right corner of the pipeline "Pipeline Excluded from All Tallies"

Similar to Ticketsmith, it would be awesome if a "New Deal" button would be added where, in the deal creation window, you selected which pipeline it's to be added to versus scrolling to each pipeline and adding.
You can now add a deal at the top of both the Deals & Pipeline Sections.
When using task log to compose email to customer, add a contact to the customer location, similar to find location and new contact when changing ticket location from dashboard.

We have made the change to the lucidtrac platform to allow you to create a single contact for either you ORG or the Ticket Location and reload the task.

We have made the change to the lucidtrac platform to notify the person whom the ticket is being assigned to and any Global watchers that are set for the location.
We are considering adding Task templates to Service Tickets tasks where as you can do one of two things.
The objective here would be to normalize any ticket with a task process towards completion.
Each service ticket created now gets a new tab section called Todo Tasks. From here any user can add tasks to be completed and reassign to team members as needed. Each task can also have action notes and completion notes for each task. We also will now create a task log from the completed action notes so you do not need to make one.
We also gave access to Task Templating that will allow you to stripe todo tasks to any ticket.
